Do you Deliver?
Yes we offer shipping Australia-wide , with flexible options at Checkout.
How Long will my order take to arrive?
If you order before 1pm your order will leave the warehouse same-day. For estimated delivery times please check out our shipping page.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes , Our Pull up pants come in a plain cardboard box.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver all across Australia, we currently do not ship internationally however for people wishing to place an international order please contact our team for a quote

Can I pick my order up and shop in store?
You certainly can, at the checkout simply select the option for "Pick up" and you'll get an email telling you when your order is ready to collect, you can also come and view our range instore as well.
Can i Phone in my Order?
Yes , You can call our friendly team and they can assist you over the phone.
Do you Supply Products For Home Care Packages?
Yes , we can supply products for your home care package.
Can i use my NDIS funding to order?
Yes , you can order using your NDIS funding , please fill out the service agreement and return via email, you can find this on our NDIS page.
How do i know what size i am?
We offer free samples for you to test sizing options.
Will you do free trials for other products?
Yes, We have new products on the way and we will be offering free trials on these as well.
Are you a NDIS registered company?
Yes we are , comfort first is a division of Australian First Aid Distributions who are a NDIS registered Company.
Payment FAQs
How can I use the On Account payment method?
All businesses and organisations will be required to make payment for their first orders before being issued account terms for subsequent orders. Any business or organisation wishing to set up a business account MUST contact our team via email to be approved use of this feature. Schools and Government departments are pre-approved for this payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online we currently accept online payment methods of Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, ShopPay, Visa. We also offer On Account payments for pre-approved customers. Bank deposit is also accepted however items are not dispatched until payment has cleared. In store we currently accept the above payment methods as well as cash.
