How it works
- Fill in the form. Your name, where to post the pack, and which product and size you'd like. It takes about two minutes.
- We post your sample. One pack of the product and size you chose, at no cost to you, anywhere in Australia.
- Tell us how it went. Once you've tried it, one of our team will get in touch just once, by phone or email, whichever you pick on the form.
Choose your size by waist measurement
Take a tape measure around the waist, at the point where the product will sit, with the tape snug and flat.
Pull-up Pants (sample sizes Medium and Large)
- Medium: waist 60 to 120 cm
- Large: waist 65 to 140 cm
Wraparounds
- Small: waist 60 to 115 cm
- Medium: waist 78 to 125 cm
- Large: waist 96 to 150 cm
- Extra Large: waist 108 to 180 cm

The free sample is for new customers, one pack per person. If you're requesting it for someone you care for, put their size in the form and your own contact details, so we know who to speak to afterwards.
What we collect and why

When you ask for a free sample we collect what you type into this form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, how you would like us to follow up, your postal address, the product and size you would like, and the brand you have been using. We collect it directly from you and nowhere else. You are not required by law to give it to us.
Because the product and size you choose are continence products, and they sit against your name, the law treats that as health information, which is a sensitive kind of personal information. That is why we ask you to agree before we take it. If you are requesting a sample for someone you care for, the size you give us is about them, so please check with them first.
We use it for two things and nothing else: to send you the sample, and to contact you once afterwards to ask how it went. That single follow-up is what the tick box on the form covers.
We will not add you to our marketing. Asking for a sample is not agreeing to receive offers from us, and we do not treat it as though it were.
To get the sample to you we give your name and postal address to the people who pack and post it. Your details are stored in our email system and our store system, both run for us by service providers whose servers may sit outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not sell your information, we do not give it to advertising platforms, and we do not disclose it to anyone else.
If you would rather not give us this information, that is completely fine, and we simply will not be able to send you a sample. Nothing else changes.
