How we handle what you send us. Australian First Aid Distributions Pty Ltd, ABN 54 153 377 185, which owns the Comfort First brand, is collecting this information at 205 Murphy Street, East Bendigo VIC 3550. We collect it to assess and set up a wholesale trade account, to check your ABN against the Australian Business Register, and to contact you about that account and your orders. Giving it to us is voluntary, but we cannot assess an application without it.

We may pass your business and delivery details to our freight and warehousing providers so orders reach you, and to our accounting and credit providers if you later apply for terms. We do not sell this information. We hold it for as long as the account is open and for seven years afterwards for tax and record-keeping.
