Where we are
Comfort First is the continence care brand of Australian First Aid Distributions, a family-owned healthcare supply business at 205 Murphy Street, East Bendigo. Look for the First Aid Distributions sign. Our pants, slips, pads and underpads are on the shelves inside, next to the first aid and medical supplies the business is known for around Bendigo.
The store is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Walk in to see and feel the products, ask a question, or pick up what you need. Everything on this site is served from our East Bendigo warehouse and our Sydney fulfilment centre, so if you are not local it still reaches you, with tracking.

Who we are
Comfort First is owned and run by the Hando family. Kim Hando founded the brand and still works the floor, answers the phone and follows up every product trial herself. Marcus Hando reviews the guides we publish before they go live, and Will Belmont writes with us. You can read about all three further down this page.
Around them is a small Bendigo team who unpack the stock, serve at the counter, pack the local orders and answer the phone. Ask any of them which size to try first and you will get a straight answer.
Why Comfort First exists
Australian First Aid Distributions has supplied first aid and medical products around Bendigo for years, and continence products have long been part of that. The questions from customers were always the same: which size, how absorbent, and can I try one before I buy a carton.
So in June 2024 we launched our own range: Comfort First pull-up pants, slips (our Wraparounds), booster pads, underpads and the Maxi Bed Mat, plus body wipes, chosen for softness, absorbency and a fit you measure by your waist. New customers can try a free sample pack of either the pants or the slips before buying a carton, one sample pack per person, so you never have to guess your size.
How we work
Walk in and buy off the shelf at 205 Murphy Street, East Bendigo. Online orders are picked and packed at our East Bendigo warehouse or our Sydney fulfilment centre and sent with tracking to your door, anywhere in Australia.
If you would rather not think about reordering, a subscription sends your usual products on a schedule you set, and you can pause, change or cancel it at any time.
