How to measure

  1. Use a flexible tape measure around the waist, at the point where the product will sit.
  2. Measure over light clothing or directly on the skin for best accuracy.
  3. Keep the tape snug and flat. Do not pull tight.
  4. Match the measurement (cm) to the correct size in the tables below.
  5. If you fall between two sizes, try the smaller size first. A correct fit reduces leakage, improves comfort and helps maintain skin integrity.
