Kim brings over 30 years of nursing experience to Comfort First, the continence care brand she founded for aged care providers, NDIS participants and carers. She is also the owner and founder of First Aid Distributions, Comfort First's parent business. Kim trained as a Division 1 registered nurse through Australia's hospital-based nursing program, the standard pathway before university degrees became the entry route into the profession.

Her career was built in hospital settings, with experience in operating theatre nursing and wound care. That background gives her a depth of understanding around skin integrity, wound management, infection control and dignified personal care that few people in the continence and aged care supply industry can match.

Now retired from clinical practice, Kim channels that experience into Comfort First's product range, supplier relationships and the content published across the brand. She chooses every product line from a perspective built on decades of direct patient care, not textbook theory, and on one test: whether it protects comfort, fit and dignity for the person using it.
