Collection: Incontinence Pants and Wrap Arounds
Comfort First pull-up pants and wrap arounds are designed for adult incontinence management where fit matters. Both product types are available in four sizes, so you can match the product to your actual waist measurement rather than sizing up and hoping for the best. Every pack comes from a Bendigo-based family business that knows this category.
If you're not sure whether pull-ups or wrap arounds suit you, our pull-ups vs wrap arounds guide walks through the decision. Or request a free sample pack to test both.

Pull-up pants vs wrap arounds: the short answer
Pull-up pants suit mobile adults who can manage their own toileting. They look and feel like underwear. Wrap arounds (sometimes called slips) fasten at the sides and suit people with limited mobility or who need carer assistance. Both deliver the same level of absorbency at the higher end, so the choice usually comes down to who's putting the product on and taking it off.

How to get the fit right
Sizing is the biggest reason continence products leak. People assume a medium in one brand is a medium in another. They're not. Comfort First sizes by waist measurement only. Take a tape measure to the widest point between your waist and hips and match that measurement to the size chart.
Full measuring guide: how to measure for incontinence products. If you fall between two sizes, try the smaller first. A snug fit reduces leakage and protects skin integrity.

Frequently asked questions
Are incontinence pants the same as adult nappies?
The products are similar, but Comfort First calls them pants because that's what they are: adult pull-up underwear designed for incontinence management. They're disposable, discreet, and designed for dignity. The term "adult nappies" is sometimes used but can feel undignifying to the people wearing them.
What's the difference between pull-ups and pads?
Pull-ups are full pants designed to replace underwear. Pads sit inside regular underwear. If you're managing anything beyond light leakage, pull-ups or wrap arounds generally work better than pads alone. Our Insert Booster Pads layer inside pull-ups or wrap arounds to extend wear time.
What size incontinence pants should I buy?
Size by waist measurement, not by clothing size. Measure at the widest point between your waist and hips. If you're between two sizes, try the smaller size first. See our sizing guide for full instructions.
How often should incontinence pants be changed?
It depends on absorbency and volume, but most people change every 4 to 6 hours during the day. Overnight, a higher-absorbency product can last 8 hours safely. Leaving a saturated product on too long causes skin damage. If you're finding you need to change more often, you may need a higher-absorbency size.
Can I wear pull-ups during exercise?
Yes, pull-ups are designed for active use. They stay in place during walking, stretching, and low-impact exercise. For higher-intensity activity or if you're managing stress incontinence specifically, a thinner daytime product plus a booster pad often works better than a single thick product.
Are Comfort First pants and pads NDIS funded?
Yes, Comfort First is an NDIS-registered provider. Pull-up pants, wrap arounds, and booster pads can all be purchased under an NDIS plan's consumable supports. Speak with your plan manager or visit our NDIS page for ordering information.
