Comfort First Wrap Arounds are adult incontinence slips designed for higher absorbency or carer-assisted changes. Four sizes cover waist measurements from 60cm through to 180cm. Each pack delivers 10 drop absorbency between 3,190ml and 5,210ml depending on size, significantly higher than pull-up pants. Made in Australia with direct input from customers, carers, and aged care clinicians.
Who wrap arounds suit
Wrap arounds (sometimes called slips in Australia) are the right choice for two groups: adults with limited mobility who need a carer's help with product changes, and anyone managing heavier overnight leakage who needs more absorbency than pull-ups deliver. They fasten at the sides with adjustable tabs, making them faster to put on for someone in bed or a chair, and faster to change mid-night if needed.
Wrap arounds don't get the attention they deserve. Pull-up pants are the default, and carers often avoid wrap arounds because they assume they're harder to put on. They do take slightly more work, but the benefit is significant: better fit, more comfort, excellent performance. Most people who try them don't go back to pants.
How to get the right size
Size by waist measurement only. Measure at the widest point between waist and hips. Match the measurement to the size chart below. If you're between sizes, try the smaller first. A snug fit reduces leakage. See our full sizing guide.
| Size | Product Code | Waist Range | Absorbency (10 drop) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small | 132566 | 60 to 115cm | 3,190ml |
| Medium | 132567 | 78 to 125cm | 3,220ml |
| Large | 132568 | 96 to 150cm | 3,870ml |
| XL | 132569 | 108 to 180cm | 5,210ml |
How to use
Lay the wrap around flat. Position the person on the absorbent panel, fasten the side tabs snug but not tight. For best results, the tabs should angle slightly up at the back and down at the front. This positioning prevents side leakage. For overnight use, pair with a Maxi Bed Mat underneath for full bed protection.
Wrap arounds change every 4 to 8 hours depending on absorbency used. For overnight heavy use, the XL at 5,210ml will typically last 8 hours. For daytime lighter use, any size will last 4 to 6 hours.
Frequently asked questions
Are wrap arounds the same as briefs?
They're similar but not identical. Comfort First uses "wrap arounds" or "slips" because that's the Australian term. The product fastens at the sides with adjustable tabs. It's the higher-absorbency, carer-friendly alternative to pull-up pants.
How do wrap arounds compare to pull-up pants?
Pull-up pants pull on and off like underwear, suiting mobile users. Wrap arounds fasten at the sides, suiting users with limited mobility or overnight higher absorbency needs. Wrap arounds offer more absorbency (3,190ml to 5,210ml vs 2,300ml to 2,700ml for pull-ups). See our full comparison.
Can one carer fit a wrap around, or do you need two people?
One carer can fit a wrap around on most adults. The side-tab design is specifically so a single carer can position, secure, and adjust without needing to lift the person. For very heavy residents or situations involving pressure injury, a two-person approach may be used for safety.
Are wrap arounds NDIS funded?
Yes. Comfort First is an NDIS-registered provider and wrap arounds are covered under NDIS continence supports. Speak with your plan manager or visit our NDIS page.
Can I try Comfort First wrap arounds before committing?
Yes. Request a free sample pack to test fit, absorbency, and comfort before ordering a full pack.
What's the XL size best for?
The XL (waist 108 to 180cm, absorbency 5,210ml) suits larger-waist adults and heavy overnight use. It's also the product most aged care facilities choose for residents managing significant overnight incontinence, because a single XL wrap around reliably covers an 8-hour night.

Great thanks
These wraparound nappies are nice and comfortable to wear
Living with Parkinson’s means I deal with stiffness, slower movement, and sometimes urgency that doesn’t give much warning. Because of that, I need continence products I can rely on without adding stress to my day.
I’ve found the Comfort First Wraparounds to be a good option. The wraparound style is especially helpful when my legs feel stiff or when bending is difficult. They’re easier to position and fasten compared to pull-up styles, and the tabs allow for adjustments if my body feels tighter or more rigid at certain times of the day.
Absorbency has been dependable for me, including during periods when urgency comes on quickly. They feel secure and don’t shift around when walking, even when my gait is a bit unsteady. The material is soft and hasn’t irritated my skin, which is important because Parkinson’s medications can sometimes make skin more sensitive or sweaty.
I also appreciate that they don’t feel overly bulky, which helps with confidence when going out. Managing Parkinson’s is already challenging, so having something discreet and reliable makes a real difference.
Overall, these wraparounds have helped me feel more secure and less anxious about accidents, especially on days when my symptoms are more unpredictable.
