Why people choose Comfort First
Comfort First is Bendigo-based, family-owned, and Australian through and through. You're not dealing with a multinational call centre. You're dealing with a team that answers the phone in regional Victoria and knows the products back to front. Every product in this range has been refined based on feedback from real customers: sizing adjusted, materials improved, pack sizes rebalanced.
We're also an NDIS-registered provider. For participants and support coordinators, Comfort First can supply directly against NDIS plans. See our NDIS page for ordering details.
How to choose the right incontinence product
Three factors matter most when choosing a continence product: the type of incontinence, the level of absorbency needed, and the fit for your body. The most common mistake is assuming all brands size the same way. They don't. A medium in one range is often a different size in another.
For the basics: pull-up pants work for people who are mobile and prefer something they can manage themselves. Wrap arounds are better for people with limited mobility or who need carer assistance. Booster pads layer inside either to extend wear time. Underpads and bed mats protect surfaces. Body wipes handle skin care between changes.
The quickest way to get it right: order a free sample pack. You can test fit, absorbency, and feel without spending anything.

Comfort First at a glance
Our range covers six main product categories. Each category has multiple sizes and absorbency levels so you can match the product to the need, rather than settling for what's close enough.
- Pull-up pants (four sizes, medium to XXL) for mobile everyday use
- Wrap arounds (four sizes, small to XL) for higher absorbency and carer assistance
- Insert booster pads for layering inside pants or wrap arounds
- Underpads (Small 100-pack, Regular 50-pack) for chair and bed protection
- Maxi Bed Mat (60x90cm, 20-pack) for full bed protection overnight
- Body wipes and baby wipes for skin-friendly cleaning
Frequently asked questions
What makes Comfort First different from other brands?
We're Bendigo-based, family-owned, and Australian. The people who design the products, answer the phone, and pack the orders are all here in Victoria. Every product in our range has been refined based on direct customer feedback, not lab-to-shelf cycles disconnected from real use.
Are Comfort First products NDIS approved?
Comfort First is an NDIS-registered provider and supplies continence products directly under NDIS plans. Support coordinators and plan managers can order on a participant's behalf. Visit our NDIS page for full ordering information.
Can I try Comfort First before buying a full pack?
Yes. Request a free sample pack with no obligation. We'll send a selection so you can test fit, absorbency, and comfort before committing to a full order.
What's the difference between pull-up pants and wrap arounds?
Pull-up pants are designed to be pulled on and off like underwear. They suit mobile users. Wrap arounds (sometimes called slips) fasten at the sides and suit people with limited mobility or who need carer assistance. See our full comparison guide for details.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our wraparounds and pull-up pants are soft against skin and designed with skin integrity in mind. Our body wipes are pH-balanced, unscented, bamboo-based, hypoallergenic, and dermatologist tested. If you have a specific skin condition, check with your GP or a continence nurse before starting a new product.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, we deliver across Australia. Shipping details are on our shipping information page.
