Comfort First Pull-Up Pants are adult pull up pants designed for everyday incontinence management. Four sizes cover waist measurements from 60cm through to 180cm. Each pack delivers 10 drop absorbency between 2,300ml and 2,700ml depending on size. Designed, tested, and refined in Australia with direct input from the people who actually use these products day to day.
Who these pull-up pants suit
Pull-up pants work well for mobile adults who can manage their own toileting. They're pulled on and off like regular underwear, stay in place during walking, stretching, and light exercise, and deliver reliable absorbency for daily use. If you or someone you care for has limited mobility or relies on a carer, our Wrap Arounds are usually a better fit.
A clinician recommended a pull-up pant for a Comfort First customer once. After a detailed discussion, it was determined that an insert pad was more appropriate for that person's level of continence and mobility. Sometimes the right answer is a simpler product that matches the person's actual needs. Our team can help you work this out if you're not sure.
How to get the right size
Measure your waist at the widest point between your waist and hips. Match that measurement to the size chart below. If you're between sizes, try the smaller first. A snug fit reduces leakage and protects skin integrity. See our full sizing guide for step-by-step instructions.
| Size | Product Code | Waist Range | Absorbency (10 drop) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Medium | 132146 | 60 to 120cm | 2,300ml |
| Large | 132147 | 65 to 140cm | 2,330ml |
| XL | 132148 | 70 to 160cm | 2,500ml |
| XXL | 132467 | 85 to 180cm | 2,700ml |
How to use
For most users, changing every 4 to 6 hours during the day works well. Overnight, the pull-up alone may not be enough for heavier leakage. Consider layering with a Comfort First Insert Booster Pad (865ml extra capacity) or placing a Maxi Bed Mat underneath for added overnight protection.
Leaving a saturated product on too long causes skin breakdown. If you're finding you need to change more often than expected, you may need a higher-absorbency option like our Wrap Arounds, or you may need a size adjustment.
Frequently asked questions
Are adult pull up pants the same as adult nappies?
The terms get used interchangeably, but Comfort First calls them pull-up pants because that's what they are: pull-on adult underwear for incontinence management. The term "nappies" can feel undignifying. Same product, more respectful language.
How often should I change a pull-up pant?
Most people change every 4 to 6 hours during the day. Overnight, a higher-absorbency product (like wrap arounds) or a layered pull-up with a booster pad lasts longer. Leaving a saturated product on for too long causes skin damage.
Can I wear Comfort First pull-ups for exercise?
Yes. Pull-ups are designed for active use and stay in place during walking, stretching, and low-impact exercise. For higher-intensity activity or stress incontinence management, a thinner daytime product plus a booster pad often works better than a single thick product.
Can I get these on NDIS?
Yes. Comfort First is an NDIS-registered provider. Pull-up pants can be purchased under NDIS plans' consumable supports. Speak with your plan manager or visit our NDIS page for ordering details.
Can I try Comfort First pull-ups before committing?
Yes. Request a free sample pack with no obligation. We'll send samples so you can test fit and absorbency before ordering a full pack.
How do Comfort First pull-ups compare to wrap arounds?
Pull-ups pull on and off like underwear; wrap arounds fasten at the sides. Pull-ups suit mobile users; wrap arounds suit those with limited mobility or who need carer help. Wrap arounds also offer higher absorbency (3,190ml to 5,210ml vs pull-ups' 2,300 to 2,700ml). See our full comparison guide.
